Game 78: Pirates 3 Phillies 2

The Pirates aren’t scoring any more runs or getting many hits, but they’ve somehow managed to turn that into three wins in four games now after tonight’s 3-2 win over the Phillies. Dan McCutchen made his second solid start in a row, the bullpen was great, and the Phillies having a depleted lineup didn’t hurt. I don’t know how the Pirates are winning these games, but I’ll take it after what was happening before.
