I think Fuesser was probably the biggest oversight from this list when I did it in July. He was a 34th round pick with all of the other high schoolers in 2009 and though he’s struggled a bit with his control, he put up some other promising peripherals in State College last year (his strikeout rate was better than Von Rosenberg’s for example). Definitely worth keeping an eye on. January 2011 rank: 14
